Print Publications:
It’s true that the internet has changed everything. Except for one thing: we still live in a 3D world.
People still shop in stores. They still look at packages. They still see billboards and posters, still have books on their bookshelves and their mailboxes still get mail.
But fewer and fewer designers know how to design for print. How to prepare art for best publishing, to reduce costs at the press. That’s where WCG shines.
We’re masters at the ink-on-paper kind of communication. We grow giddy when we talk about varnish, embossing and creative folds. When we show you how to print variable data for personalized communication. When we can save you money by streamlining the print/merge/mail process.
We’ll help you create that stand-out piece that your audience will actually hold —and won’t want to put down.

Here are some of our favorite printed Pieces:
College of IdahoThe College of Idaho has an internal marketing team, with an editor and a designer on staff. Sometimes, however, they get a little overwhelmed at the mountain of work and the fast approaching deadlines.
That's where The Well steps in. We help them launch new projects, like a periodic recruitment newsletter (left), by creating digital InDesign templates for their use. Or we refresh their existing materials with recent photos, new icons, and clean content while staying within their design style and guidelines. The result: the College of Idaho is able to get through their long "to-do" list without looking fragmented or sacrificing their brand unity. And we get to end every email to them with "GO YOTES!" It's a win/win. |
MFG Day AdvertisingSouthwest Idaho Manufacturers' Alliance was going to participate in the national MFG DAY, and needed materials to help promote the event.
Well Communications Group was able to find resources at the MFG DAY website to follow the national brand while creating publications that highlighted the local events. The result: A small not-for-profit was able to present a highly polished, professional image, and attendance at the event was boosted by the promotions. |
Caldwell OverviewThe City of Caldwell, Idaho wanted to piggy-back on the Boise Valley Economic Partnership brand to shine light on the specific benefits of business expansion into their community.
Well Communications Group took the existing publications from the BVEP team and created a publication that marries well with the first, while highlighting the unique aspects of Caldwell. The result: The smaller community of Caldwell is able to create a high level of confidence among their economic development staff by providing them with sales tools that are top-notch. |
